We obtained a beautiful result in the C cup range with 375cc implants placed with attention to increase the areola to fold distance. Full control of the area below the nipple was obtained with an incision in the edge of the areola. Our periareolar incision are 3/4" long and designed to preserve nerve supply to the nipple.
