Description: A thin patient with small AA cup and widely spaced nipples. Her cleavage is wide and with a flat rib cage. She desired a proportionate C cup. Our goal was to narrow her cleavage and reduce as much as possible the visibility of her implant due to the thin tissues. 1660, 390,390, C

Details: We obtained an excellent outcome with Allergan intermediate profile 390 cc saline filled implants via an axillary (armpit) approach. Her cleavage is narrowed and the breast is proportionate.
