Description: A thin and small patient desiring a significant breast size increase and an improvement in cleavage. We obtained our goal with Inamed style 68 (smooth round) saline implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via an areolar incision.

Details: She started with a 32AA cup and obtained a pleasing 32D cup and a great cleavage.
