Case: 15317 Category: Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Age: 24 Weight: 134 Height: 5’ 7” Gender: Female Skin Tone: Medium Point of Entry: Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant: Saline filled Implant Placement: Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral) Description: This Patient has a narrow chest with AA cup breast and a short distance from the areola to the breast fold. We obtained a beautiful result in the C cup range with 375cc implants placed with attention to increase the areola to fold distance. Full control of the area below the nipple was obtained with an incision in the edge of the areola. Our periareolar incision are 3/4" long and designed to preserve nerve supply to the nipple.
